I am Venkat, an Information Experience Design student, at the Pratt School of Information, Manhattan. I often contemplate the questions "What" and "Why". At work, I tend to ask what the product intends the user to think. feel?, and do. My work involves improving my approach to bridging the gap between the product and this intended purpose
